If termination of subscription is deemed necessary, the violator will be notified in writing of the termination of subscription and reasons for the termination of subscription.

2. No Excessive Taunting, Abusive Language or Insightful Speech is permitted at any time while posting information in the www.fishaholics.com forums or blogs. Violation of this or any of the forums rules can result in immediate termination of subscription without refund. Forum posts and blogs found to be in violation of this rule will be removed from the forums or blog section immediately. Repeated violations of this rule may result in termination of subscription without refund. If termination of subscription is deemed necessary, the violator will be notified in writing of the termination of subscription and reasons for the termination of subscription.

4. Minors shall not be granted permission to view or post information in any of the forums or blogs, unless deemed appropriate for minors. As a member of www.fishaholics.com it is solely your responsibility to control access to your subscription. All www.fishaholics.com members shall hold harmless the ownership of www.fishaholics.com for unauthorized viewing of www.fishaholics.com forums by minors and all other non members. 8. Re-Use of text, pictures, software, and all www.fishaholics.com products is prohibited without expressed written consent of the www.fishaholics.com ownership. 10. All maps and content are for informational purposes only. There is no guarantee of accuracy of information provided including, but not limited to SST maps, Longitude and Latitude, weather zones, buoy and weather stations, tide charts, chlorophyll, recent catches, blogs and forums. All information is provided by and delivered from NOAA and our members. If the maps and or information fail to be available due to any change in federal policy for use or there is down time due to technical malfunctions there will be no refunds on membership dues. No guarantees are provided and we assume zero responsibility and liability regarding the accuracy or delivery time on any information within the “Fishaholics” site. You should always check with the proper channels for weather accuracy and use the proper documents for navigation purposes. Once again, this site is for informational purposes only.

11. Always be aware of scams, Fishaholics takes “no responsibility” for representations made by any and all members or non-member ads and or goods that are being sold or bartered in the classifieds, you agree to hold harmless any and all claims not limited to advertising, faulty products, loss of revenue and or injury do to any products bought from the classifieds. Always use the proper channels for payment on any product you purchase. Do your homework before making any payment on any product!

12. Any member who gives his or her username and password to someone who is a non paying member to access our site and or post ads in the classifieds account will result in immediate suspension and must provide a written explanation to reinstate his or her account. If you are in anyway abusing your Fishaholics account it will be suspended permanently and no refunds will be issued. Please do not abuse your privileges.
